Each year, we review over 700 applications to join this diverse group of twelve exceptional and highly motivated student leaders who influence our programs.

Develop Key Skills Through Unique Programs
Members of our youth board complete several unique training opportunities that include online courses from top universities, virtual internships, public speaking seminars, teambuilding exercises, and leadership conferences.
Design Your Own Initiatives
Members of our Youth Advisory Board are encouraged to develop service initiatives. We will leverage our infrastructure and expertise to help you successfully make an impact and address the issues you care about.
Work with your friends or external club members while also receiving support from the other members of the board and the greater Amplify Teens network of members.
Be committed.
Board membership terms last for one year: from September through August. We ask that all applicants commit to serving for the full year.
All board members are required to attend quarterly board meetings, design and complete one service initiative, and participate in at least three group programs per year. This is a commitment that you are making to the organization, the other members of the board, the members of the organization, and the communities we serve, so we expect all members to participate fully and in good faith.
