Every program participant is first matched with a volunteer advisor and an individualized development plan that includes two or more of the following areas:
Career Development
We help our program participants identify and achieve goals through career exploration programs, mentoring, internships, workshops, and apprenticeships.
Service
Service is the core of all our programs. We help students identify service opportunities through which they can develop skills and support important causes.
Recognition
We offer opportunities through which participants can develop skills, showcase accomplishments, gain confidence, and earn recognition.
Personal Development
Through our wide-ranging workshops, participants will acquire essential skills in areas including health, technology, and financial literacy.

At Amplify Teens, we recognize that there are several nonprofit organizations committed to helping teens achieve their goals, but the need for such service is greater than the capacity of any single organization. Introducing our
2024-2025 Youth Advisory Board
Meet the young leaders who are helping us make a difference by providing feedback and ideas that help shape our programs and initiatives. Our youth advisory board (YAB) members are teens, aged 12-18, who are passionate about learning and community service. Our board members participate in a wide variety of leadership development programs. They also help us identify timely and important issues and develop projects and programs to address them.
